We are looking for data scientists who are engineers at heart with a focus on shipping code to production.
- Experienced in development and research of Machine Learning and/or NLP (Natural Language Processing) algorithms (3+ Years)
- Experienced in software development in the industry (3+ Years)
- Able to take product requirements and turn them into working software using advanced algorithms – from research to production
- A motivated self-starter, independent thinker, explorer, passionate, data enthusiast
Your Skill Set:
- Machine learning and NLP techniques (Classification, Logistic Regression, Feature Selection, Deep Neural Networks, Entity Extraction etc.)
- Strong coding skills using big data tools and languages (Python / Java / Hadoop / Spark / MongoDB etc)
- Able to work independently, get things done attitude
- Working with databases (RDBMS and NoSQL) and large, complex data sets
- Deep understanding of data
- Creating algorithms and software to solve hard problems related to people (human capital) and their jobs
- Extracting knowledge from text and learning prediction models for matching the best candidates to relevant positions
- Analysing complex data sets
- Working in a team to brainstorm and execute unique solutions to unsolved universal problems using different data analysis techniques
